Service installation🔗

The Eocortex System Monitoring service allows controlling the status of the video surveillance system components and receiving immediate notifications about problems occurring with them.

Note

This feature is available only for Enterprise and ULTRA licenses.

The Monitoring service supports the following operating systems:

Windows 10, 11
Windows Server 2012, 2016 and newer versions
Debian 10, 11
Ubuntu 20.04, 22.04
CentOS 7

Work on other operating systems that are not listed is not guaranteed.

Depending on the selected operating system, the service installation process will differ. For details on how to install the Monitoring service on Windows or Linux, see the corresponding instructions in the Deployment section.
