Emergency Vehicle Detection🔗

The Emergency Vehicle Detection module allows recognizing fire, ambulance, and police vehicles in the real-time mode. The recognition is available for predefined areas of the frame. To avoid false positives, a minimum time can be set for special vehicles to be in the area. Recognition events can be used in automation scenarios. For example, to automatically open the barrier.

Capabilities of the module
  • The following emergency vehicles can be recognized:

    • Ambulance

    • Fire engine

    • Police car

  • All the module events will be added to the Events log.

Warning

install the Eocortex Neural Networks package package must be installed before it will be possible to use neural networks-based features of the module.

To use the module, enable and set up the software motion detector, then enable and set up the module itself.
