Eocortex Client application fails to launch🔗

If the Eocortex Client application does not launch, follow these steps:

Step 1 — Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ components

  • In the Windows Control Panel, go to Programs and select Uninstall a program. Then, uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages related to the operation of Eocortex.

Step 2 — Enable .NET Framework 3.5 support

  • Press Win + R, type optionalfeatures, and press Enter.

  • In the Windows Features window, select the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) item.

  • Press Enter and wait for the file installation to complete.

  • Restart your computer.

Step 3 — Delete All Eocortex Client application files and configurations

  • After restarting, delete the Configs folder.

Default path:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Eocortex

Step 4 — Reinstall the Eocortex Client application
