4.6: HTML documentation (tar.gz)
Note
In order to use HTML documentation locally, download the archive and extract it using an archive utility (for example, 7-Zip for Windows) on the local computer (most tar.gz archives require double extraction: the tar.gz archive is extracted first, and the tar archive attached to it is extracted at the second step).
After extracting the archive, use a web browser to open the index.htm file located in the root directory.
