When the Grid optimization option is enabled, video grid cell sizes in the multi-view layout are automatically adjusted based on video proportions. This ensures all cameras in a row have the same width, while the height matches the tallest camera in that row. If disabled, all grid cells will have equal dimensions.

Application🔗

This section includes general app settings.

When Use Device Time is enabled, the device’s time will be displayed in notifications, full-screen mode, archive playback, and saved snapshots. By default, the camera’s configured time is used.

When the Export archive with timestamps setting is enabled, a timestamp is added to each frame, which significantly reduces the resulting video size, but increases the load on the server.

The Use Only HTTP/HTTPS option is only available before connecting to a video system. It disables the WS protocol, which is typically preferred but may perform poorly in certain server-device connection scenarios.

The Color theme option allows you to select one of the following color schemes:

  • System

  • Light

  • Dark

System theme follows the device’s OS color scheme (light or dark).
